The Chief Justice of the South Carolina Supreme Court has sent a memorandum to
the localities of South Carolina plainly stating that Administrative Hearing

I would speculate the City of Myrtle Beach will have some problems when our beef
reaches the State Supreme Court based upon this memorandum from our Chief
Justice.
