Our 2007 Caribbean rally was our best HOHS Dialysis Fundraiser ever. Over $180,000 was raised! For those new HOHS Rally passengers not familiar with our Dialysis Fund charity - Money raised during each rally event goes to pay for kidney dialysis patients to attend our next Hogs On The High Sea rallies. Our HOHS Dialysis Fund, Inc 501C3  pays for the patients airfare, their half of a balcony cabin, all medical dialysis treatments and we give them $400 to spend while onboard for the week.  Average benefit to the patients is around $5,000.00 a piece.  Patients must be a past or current motorcycle rider & enthusists, family member of a rider, or is recommended by a past HOHS passenger.

The Dialysis at Sea medical treatment is very costly and complicated to contract. It's a complete medical team with equipment and cabins. We need at least 12 patients to contract this service in order to provide the necessary medical treatments for our patients. Currently have space for at least 6 more patients!

We are asking for your help to find a dialysis patient that would like to attend. We really never expected that we would have to advertise for this service. We prefer that our current and past passengers be the ones that invite dialysis patients. It's a good deed that you know they'll remember for the rest of their lives and surely you'll gain a friend for life just for inviting them. Since these patients must have treatments every 3 days, travel time is a factor for dialysis patients. With this event taking place on the West Coast, we especially need help from the Central and West Coasts. Please take the time to make a life long friend and give someone a vacation of a lifetime.
