The TR Gang and some friends from around the area all got together to go to the Big Party in Milwaukee celebrating 100 years of Harley. We spent several days on the road to get there - stopping the first night in Knoxville, TN, the second night in Nashville, TN, third night in Indianapolis, IN, fourth night in Chicago, IL. We had such a large group that we divided into smaller groups for travel safety and met up at the same motel late in the afternoon. Since we were all traveling the same roads, we sometimes had our breaks at the same places and met up with our other groups in passing.
 The next 6 days were spent at the Budget Host Diplomat Motel in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin where we had the whole motel just for us. The owner, Joe Solus and his wife were very accomodating to us and made our stay very memorable. This is a really good place to stay if you get to Lake Geneva.http://www.budgethost-lakegeneva.com/

Indianapolis - 

Not all groups went to the indianapolis Motor Speedway - that was the unique thing about the trip. We could choose what we wanted to do just so long as we ended up at the right motel at night.

We tried to get together for meals at night.
