Robert "Bob" Maxwell Love, of Mahaffey Road, died Saturday, February 28, 2009.

Born in Walhalla, August 3, 1947, he was the son of the late Robert Emmett, Jr. and Norma Humphries Love. Bob was a graduate of Greenville Tech and USC Upstate with degrees in Information Technology. He was employed with Hewlett Packard and had been in IT for over thirty years.
Mr. Love was a member of Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church. He also was a member of the Harley Owners Group of Greenville (HOG) and a former dive master.

Surviving are his wife, Halyna Semenova Love, of the home; a daughter, Jennifer Love, of Greenville; a sister, Sue Love Boulware, of Rock Hill; and a stepson, Andrew Demjanko, of Poltava, Ukraine.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Jason Love; and a sister, Elizabeth L. Thrailkill.

Memorial services will be held Tuesday, March 3, 2009, at 3:30 p.m. at The Mackey Mortuary.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 154 Milestone Way, Greenville, SC 29615; or to a charity of one's choice.
