CHAINSAW SCULPTORS CARVE MARK INTO CHIP
With skills as sharp as the chainsaws they use, Ross Olsen, Lisaw Foster, and Angie Polglaze have taken over the amphitheater at the Legendary Buffalo Chip by intricately sculpting nine-foot logs into incredible artwork. From the “30 Year Strong Buffalo” to the “Soaring Native American,” they are definitely not your average chainsaw artists.

“What’s appealing about this art form is you can create something in a short amount of time and of such great value while having fun doing it,” said Olsen.
The Chip is proud to have these renowned and talented sculptors spending their Sturgis Rally with us. Come watch them turn raw timber into art in the Buffalo Chip’s amphitheater, across the from Crazy George’s Information Booth.
